Cutting

●  Automatic change SPINDLE that can support blade from 350mm to 500mm diameter.
     It is possible to make any kind of cut thanks to 5 axis control.

●  WATERJET SAW it is placed on axis number 6, that will allow to cut with waterjet at
     from -30 to +70 degrees angle.

●  14 VACUUMS on machine head for high precision slabs movements between two tables
     or create distance between pieces while cutting process.

●  POOL TANK for water, thanks of 4300*2300mm work area any slab size can be cut on it,
     included super jumbo slab 3800*2100mm. Table is reversible so it will help load slab on machine,
     then a set of 14 vacuums in machine head will center the slab in work area.lron strips support
     are covered by rubber that will avoid any scratch on surface.

Table and Bridge 2:

Contouring

●  Automatic change SPINDLE that can support ISO40 tools holder.
     It is possible to make any kind of contouring thanks to 5 axis control.

●  TOOL STORAGE with 18 spaces

●  VACUUM TABLE composed by 74 vacuums. Each one it is automatically controlled by
     NC that itwill allow to lift up and down and activate suction only of required vacuums.

●  14VACUUMS on machine head for high precision slabs movements and automatic finished pieces discharge.

●  8 FIXED ORIGIN for manually load for contouring.

THE STARGATE

The STARGATE is the perfect numerical control center for slabs
fabrication of any type: engineered stone, ceramic, marble, granite.
Machine is composed by two bridges and two tables

Edge Polishing Machine

The cut quartz stone material is transported to the front of the edge polishing machine through the conveyor.
After entering the edging machine, the conveyor belt starts to rotate to bring the quartz stone slab under the pressure wheel.
The pressure wheel drops to press the quartz stone and start grinding process.

If it is necessary to grind the inclined plate, manually adjust the plane grinding head to the required angle and depth,
and the plane polishing head is also adjusted to the same angle.

If there is no need to grind the inclined plane, directly enter the edge grinding head for edge calibrating and polishing.
The high-speed rotating grinding head grinds and polishes the edge of the quartz stone plate,
so that the quartz stone plate is smooth and beautiful after being made.

If there is a need to make angle of 45 degrees, chamfer it by extending the grinding head with an angle of 45 degrees.
If it is not necessary to make angle of 45 degrees, the quartz stone is directly sent to the arc chamfering head for operation.
