After cutting the sides of the quartz slab, it enters the calibrating machine through the conveyor belt of the frame components. The required thickness of the first slab is determined by adjusting the upper and lower positioning devices of the calibrating head lifting assembly. When calibrating the slab with this thickness later, the calibrating head can be directly lowered.
When the quartz slab passes under the calibrating head, the motor of the head starts rotatediamond tools, and the high-speed rotating diamond blade scrapes the quartz slab flat.
