Single bridge polishing machine with a total of twelve (12) units, maximum width of 2100mm. Polishing is the process where tiny grains are used to grind the surface of a material in order to make it perfectly flat and smooth without a scratch.
This is the final stage processing in all the hard surface materials as granite, quartz and marble, and its importance should not be underestimated. The success of the entire process is linked to this stage because the "polish" determines the value of the product at last.
The polishing bridge speed is guarantee until 38 mt/min that thanks to the Italian brushless motor and motor reducer connected with non-slip strap to the head with six (6) satellites. Each head is managed with double pneumatic pistons and own mechanic sensor, this to manage the movement down and up of the head at the beginning and end of the slabs.
