After calibrating the slab ,the slab enters the polishing machine through conveyor belt .The required thickness of the first slab is determined by adjusting the upper and lower positioning devices of the polishing head lifting assembly. Then, when polishing the slab with this thickness, directly lower the polishing head.
When the quartz slab passes under the polishing head, the polishing head revolution starts . At the same time, the motor of cleaning roller assembly starts to rotate and clean the surface of the quartz slab.
