The quartz stone slabs pressed by the press just press the mixture of various powders, grits and resins into a whole piece, and convey it to the front of the oven through a belt conveyor.
When the sensor detects the arrival of the slab, it starts the slab puller behind it. Pull the quartz stone slab into the oven. After it is pulled to the position, the hydraulic system will act to lower the upper heating plate in the aluminum heating plate unit to press the quartz stone slab.
At the same time, the heating system sends hot oil into the aluminum heating plate. Through the hot oil transmission, heat is applied to the quartz slab by the aluminum heating plate to achieve the purpose of curing.
When the set curing time of the quartz stone slab is reached, the quartz stone has been hardened, and the machine sends an instruction to start the slab puller to pull the quartz stone slab that has reached the curing time out of the oven.
