The slab is transported into the trimming width cutter through the belt. When the slab touches the guide wheel of the detection device, the guide wheel is lifted to cause the rotation of the electric eye detection end. After the electric eye detects the rotation, it sends a signal, the jacking device acts to jack up the slab, and then triggers the centering action to make the slab in the centering position
After the centering of slab is completed, the slab continues to move forward.When the slab passes through the cutting head ,the cutting tool rotating at high speed on the cutting head cuts the slab, so as to achieve the purpose of determining the width of slab by longitudinal cutting.
