This equipment is controlled by PLC program, and the hopper is equipped with a paddle rod.The air cylinder pushes the paddle rod to move the color powder materials in the hopper back and forth. There are 33 pinhole pneumatic discharge valves at the bottom of the hopper.
When the paddle rod is moved back and forth, the discharge valve acts at the same time, so that the powder materials instantly flow vertically from the discharge hole and fall on the dispersion roller under the valve.
The dispersion roller rotates to distribute the powder on the mixed materials of the belt conveyor, realizing the veins distribution automatically for veins design .
