Slab unloading:
The quartz slab enters the automatic slab loader through the roller assembly. After it is completely entered,It will touch the travel switch, the plate suction cylinder rises and starts the vacuum pumping system, so as to suck and hold the quartz slab, and then start the turnover oil cylinder to turn the turnover frame and drive the slab to be unloaded onto the slab displaypallet.
Slab loading:
The quartz slabs are stacked on the display pallet ,the auto slab loader goes into the pallet ,and then turn over the turnover rack,start the suction cylinder and vacuum system to suck and hold the slab.Then start the overturning oil cylinder ,place the slab on the roller assembly.The rollers rotate and transport the quartz slab to the cutting machine.
